I don't care what Mockingjay says. Madge dies when I say she dies. lol. This is actually based on a NEW Gale/Madge fic that I'm working on. This one is post-Mockingjay and based off of Mockingjay (which I don't care what anyone says, I LOVED MJ!). It's set 8 years after the book (not including the epilogue). That's why they look so much older here. You're wondering... How can that be, when Madge died in MJ? Oh, I have my ways. I have my ways

SUCH a fun picture to draw!! I never get to draw sweetness and romanticalness. lol. I've always wanted to draw an adorable couple, but it never turned out right. I like how this one came out, though. I had easy characters to work with, since I love Gale and Madge and they seem like they'd be a couple like this. Do you guys feel the love? I sure hope so, because I spent hours trying to make sure that it showed.

I colored it by had with colored pencils and made it better looking with my new Photoshop CS3. I stick by Gale/Madge thoroughly and will continue to draw for them, because I go down with my ship! Hahaha.

Really though, pick your favorite ill-fated Town Girl/Seam Boy pairing (whether it's Gale/Madge, Mr. and Mrs, Everdeen or Haymitch/Maysilee), this pic could be a tribute to them. Apparently, TG/SB is a bad way to go, because one of them will die. lol.
